Concept
Our goal for the new Quest Service Group website was to create a bold, modern platform that clearly communicates who they are, what they do, and who they serve. We worked closely with their team to define the essentials: strong messaging, engaging visuals, and a structure that highlights both breadth of service and proven results.
The design leans into large photography and video to bring the human side of Quest to the forefront. Employees in action, on-site with clients, now take center stage. This approach reinforces the company’s hands-on expertise and commitment to quality. We also introduced space for case studies and client stories, allowing Quest to showcase its work and results in a more compelling way.
Functionally, the site was built for flexibility and growth. Navigation was streamlined to make information easy to find, while SEO optimization ensures stronger visibility in search. On the backend, WordPress gives Quest the ability to quickly update content, add case studies, and keep the site current without hassle.
The result is a digital presence that matches Quest’s reputation in the retail services industry—professional, modern, and built for scale. The new website not only communicates their capabilities but also positions them as leaders, ready to support the future of retail nationwide.
