Erwyn needed to improve its website to better serve hospitality professionals. The old site was cluttered, difficult to navigate, and made it hard for hotel buyers, designers, and procurement teams to find products or request quotes efficiently. Users were frustrated by confusing categories, a manual quoting process, and an overall lack of a seamless shopping experience.
We redesigned Erwyn.com with a focus on speed, simplicity, and user experience. We streamlined the navigation, improved product categorization, and integrated a B2B storefront to make researching and comparing products effortless. We also implemented a responsive design for smooth browsing across all devices and created a streamlined quoting system to eliminate manual workarounds. Lifestyle imagery was added to showcase hospitality spaces and elevate the brand.
