Concept
Cognito Media approached MAXBURST with a unique challenge. While the existing website served as an important resource for clients and prospects, portions of the site’s underlying structure had become difficult to modify without introducing potential risks to overall stability. The organization needed a practical solution that would improve content management flexibility and user engagement while respecting the limitations of the existing platform.
Our team began by evaluating opportunities for enhancement within the current environment, identifying areas where design, content structure, and functionality could be improved without requiring extensive modifications to legacy code. Given the complexity of the existing setup, maintaining site integrity and minimizing disruption became a key priority throughout the planning process.
As an alternative path, we explored the creation of flexible page templates that could provide the Cognito team with greater control over future content updates. These templates were designed to support richer content layouts, embedded forms, and more dynamic page experiences while remaining compatible with the organization’s existing CMS framework.
The resulting strategy focused on balancing innovation with stability. By leveraging scalable template structures and thoughtful front-end enhancements, Cognito gained a roadmap for expanding its digital presence without compromising site performance or reliability.
